Semi-Automatic Benchtop Powder Filling Machine
The semi-automatic benchtop powder filling machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and designed for the precise dosing of powder products into containers of different shapes and capacities.
The machine is equipped with a stainless steel conical feeding hopper and an electronically controlled dosing system managed by a PLC with HMI touchscreen interface for setting the operating parameters. The system allows the weight/dose, filling speed and operating timings to be adjusted directly from the operator panel.
Filling is performed by means of a dedicated powder dosing system. The compact design allows the container to be manually positioned under the filling outlet, with the cycle started by the operator.
