Version with volumetric pumps

System suitable for filling liquid and viscous products requiring dosing precision and repeatability.

Volumetric pumps allow accurate adjustment of the dispensed quantity and are particularly suitable for products with medium to high viscosity, such as creams, gels, emulsions, shampoos and detergents.

This technology ensures stable flow control even when processing products with varying consistency.

Version with magnetic pumps

System suitable for dosing low- and medium-viscosity liquid products requiring high standards of hygiene, precision and ease of sanitization.

Thanks to the absence of mechanical seals and the separation between the motor and the product chamber, magnetic pumps reduce the risk of contamination and simplify cleaning operations.

This solution is particularly suitable for liquid cosmetic products, aqueous solutions, serums, lotions and sensitive formulations. Furthermore, thanks to electronic flow control and the possibility of fine dosing adjustment, it provides a wider filling range compared with traditional systems, offering greater flexibility when working with different formats and product quantities without the need for frequent component replacements or mechanical adjustments.
