Automatic counting machine
The DMC automatic counting machine is designed for the automatic counting and filling of bottles and containers with hard capsules, soft capsules, tablets and coated tablets.
The product is fed into the counting unit and distributed through vibrating trays and channels, which regulate its flow towards the counting system. The bottles move along the conveyor belt and, once detected beneath the dosing unit, are filled with the preset number of units.
The quantity to be dispensed and the operating parameters can be set and managed via the touchscreen control panel.
The machine can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into an automatic packaging line, in combination with other machines for the subsequent stages of the process.
