Handling Viscous, Dense and Particle-Containing Products

Product compatibility is a key requirement in the design of an industrial filling line, especially in the cosmetic, food and chemical sectors. A modern line must be able to handle a wide range of fluids, including viscous, dense or particle-containing products, while maintaining accuracy, repeatability and product integrity.

For high-viscosity products such as creams, gels or sauces, volumetric piston or lobe filling systems are used to ensure accurate dosing even at low flow rates. In the case of liquids containing solid particles, the valve and circuit configuration is designed to prevent clogging and ensure smooth flow without degrading the product.

Foamy and Air-Sensitive Products

For foamy or oxygen-sensitive products, the line can integrate dedicated technologies such as bottom-up filling, flow rate control and anti-foam systems. This approach helps reduce bubble formation, preserve organoleptic properties and improve final product quality.

Contact Materials and Regulatory Compliance

Materials in contact with the product are a critical factor: the use of AISI 316L stainless steel, certified seals and FDA- and MOCA-compliant components ensures safety, hygiene and full compliance with international regulations. This is essential for food and cosmetic applications.

Handling Corrosive and Aggressive Products

When dealing with corrosive or chemically aggressive substances, the line is designed using specific materials and surface treatments (such as resistant alloys or protective coatings), ensuring long-term durability and operational reliability.

Proper engineering of the filling line therefore makes it possible to process complex products safely, optimizing performance and ensuring high quality standards throughout the entire production process.
