Thanks to DMC Turboemulsifiers it is possible to produce emulsions, products for skin & body care, gels, make-up, toothpaste, hair products.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Elements on contact with the product in mirror polished AISI 316 stainless steel
• Vessel cleaning by spray ball or CIP system
• Mixing with counter-rotating blade system and PTFE scraper
• Lifting lid and vessel tilting with hydraulic pump
• Liquid ring vacuum pump
• Heating system by electrical resistances placed on the bottom regulated by water or diathermic oil; steam heating
• Possibility to adapt the machine to  4.0 industry (Optional)
• Constant temperature maintenance by PLC and automatically operated valves (Optional)
